How does it work?
Now you can see how Ancana makes fractional ownership easy, but how does it work? When Ancana purchases a home, we set up an investment trust with the home itself as the underlying asset. We divide the trust into 4 or 8 fractions so that each fraction represents a ¼ or ⅛ ownership of the property.
Each co-owner buys one or more shares, which in turn gives them true ownership of that fractional share in the form of a deed. This guarantees that if the property appreciates, so do the shares, so when the time comes to sell, the gains belong to each owner.
You can purchase the number of shares you want, which allows each co-owner to use a specific number of weeks per year, according to the number of shares owned. This also means that you can buy the time you will really use.
